In The Classroom

In the classroom, the Centre for Organizational Excellence specialises in 2 areas:
  • Executive education - inspiring senior managers to improve business performance through a greater understanding of management thinking and practice
  • Leadership development  - developing, nurturing and supporting key leadership behaviours and competencies

Dr Robert Rosenfeld is our academic director and oversees the development of teaching and classroom activities ranging from half-day workshops to modular programmes. We offer a wide range of subjects including Finance, Entrepreneurship, Creativity & innovation, Cross-cultural management, Corporate restructuring, Managing change, Organisational leadership, Business performance, Strategic thinking, High-performing teams.

Our approach is that people learn and develop in a variety of ways, and we work with organisations to determine which learning route will have the greatest impact on the management population. We therefore provide a wide range of support resources for the classroom including an online leadership toolkit, webinars and podcasts (ideal for distance learners), educational films, case studies and research.
