Morven McLean

Morven McLean's teaching and consulting experience covers creativity, innovation, strategy, and change.

As an associate faculty with Warwick Business School Executive Programmes, she teaches Creativity & Innovation with a range of clients including Network Rail, Care UK, Taylor Woodrow Construction.  At the Centre, most recently she directed the ‘Catalyst to change’ film series and the Network Rail Case study films plus  other bespoke innovation and creativity events for RBS Insurance and the BBC. Her writing and research includes the Centre’s 2007 Talent management survey. Morven also runs The Edge leadership journal and the Leaders in action series.

Morven oversees the development of the Centre’s creative projects, and has 15 years experience working in the creative industries (theatre, film, web, clown, and digital arts).





From 2004 - 2006, she ran the TIME (Technology, Innovation, Management, & Entrepreneurship) Centre in Paris for the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, and was in charge of the academic direction of the Technology & Innovation Management curriculum, including the Ideas Lab.
