Morven McLean

Morven McLean teaches innovation and facilitates creative and multimedia projects with a range of organisations including Network Rail, State Bank of India, Care UK, Warwick Business School, DPDHL, Taylor Woodrow Construction, Duke CE, Emirates Bank, RBS Insurance, BBC, Shanghai International MBA, NHS, Warwick Manufacturing Group, Abbey, Centre for Excellence in Leadership, Lloyds TSB.

From 2004 - 2006, she ran the TIME (Technology, Innovation, Management, & Entrepreneurship) Centre in Paris for the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (France’s oldest engineering school) and was in charge of the academic direction of the Technology & Innovation Management curriculum. This included the Ideas Lab and a range of high-tech projects.

With
18 years experience working in the creative industries, Morven is the Creative Director at the Centre for Organizational Excellence where she oversees the film, web, print and e-learning teams.





Having studied theatre direction and design at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama and the State Theatre School in Warsaw, she worked with Steppenwolf Theater (Chicago) and Traverse Theatre (Edinburgh).

She also has an MBA in International Management from the ENPC, Paris.
