Dr Robert Rosenfeld

Robert is the Chief Executive and Academic Director of the Centre for Organizational Excellence. He is closely tied to the global academic learning environment. He is an Associate Fellow at Warwick Business School, and holds Visiting Professorships at the School of International Management at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées (Paris), Tong Ji University (Shanghai), and Ecole Hassania des Transports Publiques (Casablanca). He is a member of the teaching faculty at Duke Corporate Education in the United States and CEDEP/ INSEAD in France.

Formerly, Robert was Senior Consultant with Financial Services Management Development Limited (FSMD), a leading provider of tailored senior level training programmes for the financial services industry. Before joining FSMD, Robert was Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Corporate Strategy & Change at the University of Warwick.

Over the past twenty years, Robert has worked with a wide variety of organisations around the world including businesses, corporate universities, public sector, third sector, management schools, professional associations and start-ups.

His research activities focus on understanding the processes of leading change and their relationship to overall competitive performance. Aside from providing long-term strategic analysis and advice, Robert has lectured to executive and MBA audiences in Britain, France, Germany, Sweden, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mexico, Czech Republic, Morocco, Latvia, China, Japan, USA and Canada.
