Dr Robert Rosenfeld

Dr Robert Rosenfeld is the Chief Executive and Academic Director of the Centre for Organizational Excellence. Robert is an associate faculty with CEDEP (European Centre for Executive Development, Insead); Duke Corporate Education; Executive Programmes, Warwick Business School; School of International Management (ENPC Paris); EHTP Casablanca; and the Shanghai International MBA.

Formerly, Robert was Senior Consultant with Financial Services Management Development Limited (FSMD), a leading provider of tailored senior level training programmes for the financial services industry. Before joining FSMD, Robert was Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Corporate Strategy & Change at the University of Warwick. His research activities focus on understanding the processes of leading change and their relationship to overall competitive performance. Among numerous other publications, Robert is the author of Managing Organizations (McGraw-Hill), co-authored with Professor David Wilson.
