On Film

Using film as a learning resource in leadership development is a way to innovate your programme and engage your managers. Watch our Showreel for some recent examples of our work.

Examples of using film within management development includes:
  • Bringing to life examples of best practice, and disseminating these to the rest of the management population
  • Creating an executive ‘legacy’ – capturing senior leaders at grip with key organisational challenges, and learning from their approach.
Our productions benefit from targeted research into our client organisations, our knowledge of executive and leadership development, and our expertise in film production. The process to screen (PC, TV or web), is overseen by our Creative Director - Morven McLean.

Soo Redshaw,  Programme Director, Centre for Excellence in Leadership
'It was easy and enjoyable to work on our film project. The Centre used its own expertise plus provided me with challenge and insight. I valued the openness of the relationship and thought Morven’s team managed the project tightly. I will certainly keep the Centre in mind for future work and have no reservations in recommending it to others'.
