Catalyst to change - in 2007, CEL commissioned a series of filmed interviews of high-performing leaders in the UK Adult and Community Learning sector. Discussions were centred on their approach to managing change, strategy and planning, innovation and supporting new ideas. The DVD is structured in 21 short chapters. At the end of each chapter there is a series of questions designed to stimulate discussion and learning. |
Network Rail Case study film series - a set of 5 films (each 10 - 15 min) have been developed with Warwick Business School and Network Rail. The objective is to highlight the leadership challenges which have resulted in the restructuring and transformation of the rail infrastructure in the UK. The films feature interviews with many of the senior directors in Network Rail including Sir Ian McAllister, Chairman; Sir Adrian Montague, Deputy Chairman; Iain Coucher, Chief Executive; and John Armitt CBE (Chief Executive, 2002 - 2007). The films are accompanied by written cases and teaching notes.
