Talent Management case study of Marks and Spencers (Most Admired Company 2007 - Management Today)
The Centre has recently completed a case study with M&S examining its talent management strategy. The case outlines the company’s turnaround since 2004, and its commitment to develop, support and motivate its people. M&S joins the Centre’s talent management survey group and will be featured at a special talent management event hosted in the Spring.
