Programme design and delivery

Recent high profile projects have included:

• Development and launch of Network Rail’s new Innovation Programme Centre. Workstreams include developing an innovation portfolio strategy to training young engineers in design thinking to engaging key external stakeholders (UK Government, Rail Regulator, major suppliers, industry groups).
• Tri-continent Global Manufacturing Leadership Programme for Johnson Matthey running in North America, Asia and Europe.

Events

CorEx has experience organizing a wide range of bespoke client events from conferences to IdeasLabs and Dragons Dens to strategy ‘away’ days. These have included WBS Talent Management Conference, BBC Blue Peter Improv Workshop with Neil Mullarkey, UK Rail Industry Energy Services Forum and Novozymes off-site strategy meetings.
