Aside from providing long-term strategic analysis and advice, Robert has lectured to executive and MBA audiences in Britain, France, Germany, Sweden, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mexico, Czech Republic, Morocco, Latvia, China, Japan, UAE, India, USA and Canada.

    Robert is the Chief Executive and Academic Director of the Centre for Organizational Excellence. He is closely tied to the global academic learning environment where he holds the posts of Associate Fellow at Warwick Business School and Visiting Professorships at the School of International Management at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées (Paris), Tong Ji University (Shanghai), and Ecole Hassania des Transports Publiques (Casablanca). He is a member of the teaching faculty at Duke Corporate Education in the United States.

    Over the past twenty years, Robert has worked with a range of organisations around the world including Atkins, Arcelor Mittal, Bentley Motors; Chartered Institute of Housing; Deutsche Bank; Emirates Bank; Eversheds; HSBC; IBM; KPMG; L'Oreal; Network Rail; Philips; State Bank of India; Taylor Woodrow; TNT Express; Lloyds TSB Group; Tesco; World Bank and YKK.

    His research activities focus on understanding the processes of leading change and their relationship to overall competitive performance.
